I'm not agreeing/disagreeing with you, but my opinion on this is based on that what if. Like James, I'd rather be played for a fool than regret denouncing someone as a liar when they weren't lying. If Angie is real and she dies, will anybody who's said "I think she's making it up" feel bad? Linda's said she won't, and that's fair enough, she wasn't disrespectful about it, it's fine, but how about the rest of you guys?

Just my thoughts .
I wouldn't feel bad as I'm sure Angie would have more to worry about than an internet forum.. You would think

Linda I think this the the utter wrong time and wrong place to bring these doubts up. I knew as soon as you posted a thread about that supposed young girl who died in America, that you had doubts about Angie.

I am not saying you can't give your opinion, because of course you can. I just think, that if Angie's daughter were to come on here, and see these messages, it would be very upsetting. Angie has been apart of this forum a lot and her daughter is on here because of the fact Angie loves this place and has grew to be friends with some of us.

I admit, I did have my doubts, and its things like this which make us think. However we are all different and therefore I choose to put my trust in Angie and I believe her. Its just up to us to choose whether we want to believe it or not. And I do.

Okay im not gonna' lecture anyone over respect or having their own opinions. But i completely agree with LemonJam id rather believe it and show respect to Angie [whom i personally believe is genuine] and be played a fool later than post things like this in a topic which has been made in remembrance of her. I have gotten to know Angie and Nicole over the past few months and there both lovely people. I dont care whether im wrong or right about this, im still going to continue to support Angie and her family through the rough times and show that i care. Dont jump down my throat for having my own opinions either.. im just doing the same as everyone else on the forum. And even if you did have doubts.. why post them here, cant everyone post it somewhere else its actually quite rude!

I'm sure it does. Take a look at nodis, whoever

But the fact of the matter is, we should give her the benefit of the doubt. If we're made out to look like fools, then oh well. Life goes on. If Angiebabe isn't real, then they're just a very, very sad person. And they'll know that.

But if she is real, then I think the people who've doubted in her should feel ashamed.

I didn't see the point in making a whole new thread about it to be honest.

But, if the "believers" would prefer, I can certainly take this discussion to it's own thread.

Also.. do you not think that a daughter would try and fufill her mothers wish no matter how big or small? Whether she wanted to travel the world or keep updating on a forum? I know id do anything for my mother if she had this illness.. just a thought.

I'm failing to see where anybody's been rude, myself... but yeah, I think it's maybe for the best if we leave this now? I think it's been made clear that nobody wants to pick a fight over this, just that some people have been thinking this for a while clearly, and Linda had the guts to come out and say it. I think all we can really do is wait - once Angie dies (whether she is a real person or not) - the account will gradually stop being used. I think the only real way we'll be able to tell if this is real or not is if we ask about the funeral arrangements, perhaps those of you who live near Angie could attend, and if we're not given that information, then I guess Linda's news article'll come in handy...

Shaun, there you go with your "feel ashamed".

The people who believe in Angie are hellbent on trying to make out like the people who don't believe are lacking decency and should be ashamed of themselves.

No wonder I was the first person to speak out about this. Everyone was afraid of being made to look like a right bastard for not believing.

Its been cleverly thought out if it is a lie, the next step will be for Nicole to become a regular member on here and get all the sympathy. She will carry on with all the games for her mum while becoming more popular and having more attention after her mum dying.
If its all one big lie its for one reason, attention

Right well we have different views of what's acceptable, keep doing your stupid pointless 'Skepticism' about some woman you don't know. I just hope she doesn't read this and see's a load of muppets questioning her own illness. I dont speak to Angie that much, but I have spoke to her enough.
I think a few people need to grow up, some who are old enough to know better. Learn to keep your opinion to yourself and stop trying to be the hard face that your not. Eugh, there is being opinionated and then there is trying too hard. And most of you are too chicken to even say this until lord hard face her self made the almighty plee. Sorry, probably out of line this, but its touched a slight nerve.

I dont care if you believe it or not, but thats your thought, I know this is a forum but there is a time and place for things. Keep your thoughts to yourself, this is not some stupid BB game, this is real life and if you wish to question it, then do it somewhere else.

I'd say that accusing someone of being fake and making up their very real, life-threatening disease, is something to be ashamed of.

Don't tell people when and where to say something on a forum its not upto you.
I will express my opinion when I want even if others don't like it.
People have a right to question things if others like it or not.
