What’s ‘out of context’ about a Tory mp saying people with special needs should be payed less because they ‘don’t understand money’ or because they ‘get their happiness from working’?

There’s nothing out of context about it, it’s pure ableist bile and as an uncle to two special needs nephews, I find it utterly abhorrent that people think that way.
