More remixes coming in, no Summer Tour for 2010
Guy Oseary was quite talkative again yesterday on his Twitter page, and here's a couple of tidbits you will certainly be interested to hear about.., Xavier69 tells guy he loves "Celebration" album version... "Working on a few more remixes.. stay tuned" is what Guy tells him. Materiallboy asks him about a new tour next year? " I don't see a new tour next year.. definitely not summertime..." Guy says. Later on, her confirms that "as I've promised... we will definitely go to Australia next tour." There are no plans for Madonna to do SNL or any other TV as of now, (answering to Duzett who told him that Madonna was great with Gaga on the show last Saturday and asked if she was going to be on SNL again). Then Guy says goodnight to the Twitterers saying "thanks again to all of you for helping Greatest Hits sell 2 million albums in just 2 weeks.." That sucks. Dont want any more Celebration remixes now (No point now) want M on tour again and no TV for her for now ![]() |

Madonna 'to buy Jesus $2.7m apartment'
Madonna has reportedly decided to buy a $2.7 million (Ł1.7m) apartment in New York for her boyfriend Jesus Luz. The 'Celebration' singer allegedly wants to purchase a property near her own Upper East Side townhouse as an alternative to Luz moving in with her family. "Madonna has her agent searching for the perfect pad for Jesus in her new neighbourhood. She's told them to spend no more than Ł1.7 million and the pad has to be within walking distance of her townhouse," a source told The Sun. "She is financing everything, but Jesus will own it once it's bought. She wasn't kidding when she told him he'll never have to worry about money from now on." According to the report, Luz has also been added to the payroll of Madonna's company and has secured a number of modelling contracts with Dolce & Gabbana and Marc Jacobs through her. Madonna reportedly upset her lover recently when she claimed that she would rather "get run over by a train" than marry again. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/showbiz/...apartment.html |

Charts: Madonna album back on top in Ireland
Here's an interesting piece of news from DigitalSpy showing how "Celebration" is set to be a long-lasting performer in the album charts around the world. Madonna has returned to the top of the Irish albums chart with her new greatest hits collection "Celebration". The compilation package, which first secured the #1 spot two weeks ago, knocks last week's chart-toppers Paramore down to second place with Brand New Eyes. Irish rockers The Coronas remain in third spot with 'Tony Was An Ex-Con', followed by Muse's 'The Resistance' at number four.

Todo Sobre Madonna — Is Her Madgesty Eyeing an Almodóvar Role?
![]() Paper magazine threw a party in honor of Penélope Cruz’s new Pedro Almodóvar film, Broken Embraces, at the newly opened Casa Lever on Saturday, and Madonna made a surprise appearance. Her Madgesty sat in the center of the room, of course, directly between Cruz and Almodóvar, and made small talk — babies? Beauty? Latin studmuffins? We’ll never know — with Cruz, and she flirted with Almodóvar. “I must confess, I introduced myself to one of her friends’ friends," said Paper’s Mickey Boardman, who co-threw the soirée. "It’s my birthday, so I was joking that I wanted Madonna to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to me. When everyone was singing, everyone I had said that to was like, ‘She sang the whole time!’” So how did he get her to come and sing him the birthday song? "She’s a big fan of Pedro’s. One thing I’ve learned — actresses who want to work with him love having an opportunity to have dinner with him." As a party reporter in the presence of perhaps the most famous woman in the world besides Princess Leia, we had to at least try to talk to her. So when the right moment arose, we shyly said, “Excuse me, Madonna,” on behalf of Intel. There was a real moment where she pretended that this wasn’t happening, but finally she shook our hand — at which point we noticed she was wearing fingerless gloves — and we blurted out that that was very cool. “Thank you,” she said, and she returned to her dessert, which she did seem to be eating. It was a little moment, an innocent one involving a tiny web journalist and a tiny international superstar, but it caused quite a ruckus. Some person purporting to be Madonna's handler (it was not Liz Rosenberg, whom we love, so we didn't bother to remember his name) immediately swooped in and called us a "liar" and said we "disrespected" him. Even dropping the all-important words "Daily Intel" had no effect, because he said, "I don't have a boss, like you. I own my own company." [Eds: We are hardly Vilensky's bosses. He's more like our affiliate party pixie.] Truthfully, we had tuned out after about nine seconds because we had just touched Madonna. Not even Jesus — the Biblical or Brazilian one — could have distracted us at that moment. Meanwhile, Boardman’s speculation that she may want an in with Almodóvar, lauded Spanish auteur, may be correct: We hear she sat through the screening of his new film the next night. http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2009/10...e_madonna.html

Madonna shoes offered to Gypsy charity in Romania
Madonna is putting her shoes where her mouth is. Madonna's signed Christian Dior shoes. The Queen of Pop has offered one of her favorite pairs of Christian Dior shoes to a charity supporting Gypsy child education. Organizers said Tuesday the skyscraper gold heels, which are autographed by Madonna, will be sold at the Ovidiu Rom annual ball later this month. Madonna drew international attention by saying during an August concert in Bucharest on her Sticky & Sweet tour that widespread discrimination against East Europe's Gypsies, also known as Roma, should end. Thousands of fans responded by booing her. "Madonna's very mild comment regarding equality shone a spotlight on a common European attitude toward Gypsies," Leslie Hawke, president of Ovidiu Rom, told The Associated Press. "We're thrilled to have her donation because she is such an icon of innovation and vigor and 'can do' spirit." Hawke's son, actor Ethan Hawke, will attend the ball and speak to guests. Guests at the ball will make donations to win raffle tickets for the auction of donated prizes. This year's items also will include a gold chain provided by actress Vanessa Redgrave. ![]()

Its not her personality I have a problem with. I just dont like her music anymore. She tries too hard to follow the trend, instead being herself. But she use to be one of my favorites by far.

Exclusive: A Look Into Madonna's Cauldron
With the release of the Celebration album and single and the coming release of the Sticky and Sweet tour on dvd it would seem logic for any artist to take a pause and enjoy the success but that doesn't happen to Madonna, who is working on more releases for her fans to enjoy. First of all there's Revolver, the second new track on her greatest hits album that, as previously reported by MadonnaTribe a while back, will be the second single release off the compilation. The news is that lots of remixers have been contacted to remix the song and among them we find Tracy Young, David Guetta and Paul Van Dyke. And Guetta will not only give his own treatment to the second single, because he's also working on a remix for Celebration together with Akon. But for die hard fans the most exciting news regarding her music is that for Christmas we'll also get brand new house remixes of two of her biggest classics: Holiday and Into The Groove! Meanwhile Madonna will also be busy with another fashion campaign. She will team up again with photographer Steven Klein next month for the new Dolce & Gabbana campaign, but the cool thing is that this time she will model not for the women's collection but for the men's! We are sure Madonna and Klein will come up with some great ideas for this one! That's it for now and stay tuned to MadonnaTribe.com, the home of Madonna fans that is your number one source for Madonna news! ![]()

Madonna's 'Celebration' (Warner Bros.) moves into a third week at No. 1 on Top 100 Albums, as 'Sexy Chick' (Gum/Positiva/Virgin/EMI) by David Guetta featuring Akon secures a sixth week at No. 1 on European Hot 100 Singles.
