I made a choice to cut out bread, butter, cheese and oven meals out of my diet in the summer and mostly just eat soup and generally eat healthy food, I walk a lot, but that's all I really changed in my lifestyle and I've lost about 2 and a half to 3 stone over the last 9 months.

...I need to read through and catch up on this Zee...but I would be a bit worried that he could hurt you again..and I also think that maybe it's not so much him that you've never really felt 'closure' with but what he did/how he did it..?..



...and Jake..aww Jake..everyone feels like that about themselves when they are younger, well a lot of people do anyway...we all have those insecurities and often see ourselves as not being how we would like to look but truly Jake, you are gorgeous and because you have such a lovely character, that makes you even more gorgeous...
