Frankie Osborne's final Hollyoaks episode had a secret touch of Steph Dean thrown in, with Carley Stenson singing over her last ever scenes.

Carley bowed out as Steph in 2010, but she still had a role to play in her on-screen mum's departure as she sang the version of Cher's 'If I Could Turn Back Time' that was featured in Tuesday's emotional E4 first look episode.

I really hope they don't mess up Gibbs return. I don't want to to be like the John Paul storyline. That was not good. Breaking Boundaries was amazing and the storyline was handled brilliantly. They the better not ruin it: nono:

I think they will do it well because it was one of the show's biggest stories so they won't want to piss on that legacy
