The situation with Rita reminds me a lot of what happened with Sunshine in BB11 (though that got much nastier). She's just really socially awkward and always puts her foot in it but she means no harm and it's a shame everyone's against her.

Although I love that Vesna started a group discussion about how they should start being more understanding of her.

Rita: I've been told from Grade Prep right through to University that I take all my criticism constructively.

I get how she winds the others up sometimes but Rita is a phenomenal housemate.

I love how with most of the BBAU evictions it's all cheering and they get their name chanted by the crowd, even if it's someone who got evicted by such a landslide as 35% in a 7-way vote.

I know Glenn and Dean got some boos during their interviews (and fairly so imo) but even they got the positive receptions when they first came out. There's just such a much better atmosphere than with our evictions.

What a mess, reacting with disgust at Greg and Tim kissing for a dare and saying "I'm homophobic" all because one of her ex boyfriends turned out to be gay.

Vesna was a little annoying after Rita's farewell message with how she got hung up on Rita saying she had different personalities when she was meaning it as a compliment. I love Vesna but she gets annoying and catty when she thinks she's being criticised.

Glad I managed to warm to Christie a little again by the end.

I wish they didn't completely ignore her homophobic outburst during her interview but since they only showed it on the Uncut show and Bree didn't go into much detail beyond mentioning "narrow-minded comments" when criticizing Kate on Friday Night Live (but it was clear what she was referring to), I assume they're not allowed to really address it on the family time slot. Which is pretty silly because it's hardly x-rated content.

Only 15 days left.

It's slowing down a bit now since there's so few of them left but the series on the whole has been brilliant.

So she says she's not homophobic and has gay friends who she loves etc, but she literally said the words "I'm homophobic" when she was having her drunken tirade.

I mean I can believe she doesn't actively hate gay people, but still the fact that two men kissing horrified her so much is disappointing.
