Richarlison was taken out during an attack , the ref acknowledged it but waved to play on but didn’t go back to book the offender ( as they used to )

So how does the ref ( correctly) identify that Bissouma dived and yet he gets conned every time a defender falls forward onto the ball when an attacker is pressing them from behind?

This happens loads of times in every single game
