#25 - Karl.
1st Round: 15 points || 2nd Round: 30 points || Total: 45 points.
Once part of the notorious Brotherhood; Karl received votes because he “makes me laugh” and “brings a lot to the forum – while another member said “he’s an underrated gem.” He was commended for “his taste in music” because it’s “99% amazing, and he’s just overall a really sound guy – I can always rely on him to compliment me.” He is described by one member as “the most laidback guy on the forum, you always know where you are with Karl, he really couldn’t give a **** and I love that about him.”

#22= - TiBB Staff
1st Round: 9 points || 2nd Round: 37 points || Total: 46 points.
Dubiously charting, it’s TiBB Staff. The account was introduced so that any infractions given out by moderators would be delivered through it, to prevent any long standing vendettas being created through the old system of moderators directly infracting members. Comments made by those who voted for it included “this dude is amazing”, “without it, this forum would be crazy out of control” and “does its job well.” Some members voted for it as the novelty entrant in this year’s countdown, with one reason being “just to wind Patrick up.”

#22= - simonsays
1st Round: 18 points || 2nd Round: 28 points || Total: 46 points.
When the revelation came out that simonsays was a previously banned member, we were shocked. When he changed his name to scott, we were appalled. When he admitted he was gay, we were so taken aback (okay I made the last part up – who would believe he’s gay?) One member dubbed him the “best newcomer of 2010 - his comments and comebacks are epic” and another member said of him: “so outrageously filthy, how could you not love him?” One member said “if I didn’t vote him he’d probably cut me” and another member summed him up by saying “if you haven’t been stalked by him, then you’re just not worth knowing on here. He sniffs out the finest males on here and then bombards them with ‘love’ until they cave in and either become gay or go and shack up with Gillian McKeith.” A powerful force indeed.

#22= - Jen
1st Round: 12 points || 2nd Round: 34 points || Total: 46 points.
Jen is one of the old guard – one member could not believe she had been nominated, saying “she doesn’t do anything here but she deserves it.” Other members were full of nice things to say about her; one member said “she’s amazing – she’s really nice, smart, funny and extremely mature for her age. Talking to her is like talking to someone much older with much more life experience.” Another member said Jen was “just a genuinely funny person, shame she isn’t on much!” Jen is famed for her penchant for fancying older male celebrities, with one comment reflecting this: “the elusive Irish OAP botherer is one of the fiercest people to ever grace TiBB, she’s positively oozing class, taste and is never short of interesting things to talk about. She’s a class act and I adore her.”

#19= - Patrick
1st Round: 18 points || 2nd Round: 34 points || Total: 52 points.
Patrick: our American hating foul mouthed games running enigma. One member said “his tantrums really are pathetic but they do make me LOL”, other members agreed with that sentiment, one such voter saying “his rants and OTT posts are actually hilarious, he never fails to make me laugh and I think he helps keep the forum alive.” Other comments included “he just posts what he’s thinking and I don’t think he even knows how funny he is”, “he has made loads of great threads lately” and “despite some shockingly bad posts recently, he makes me laugh a lot of the time too.” One member said they had experienced a turnaround in opinion, saying they “thought he was an immature little goat last year, but I have grown to love his foul mouthed rants and I actually think he is a bit of a softie inside.”

Renowned Sheppy mess LemonJam is next on the list. He was described by one member as “lovely”, and by another as having “amazing comedy timing, he’s ‘the quiet one’, he can be present through a whole discussion then come in with this one line and everyone is pissing themselves laughing. I always imagine him in real life to be someone who randomly says something hilarious at the right moment.” Another member described him as being “like the Turk to my JD (yes a Scrubs metaphor... **** off haters)” while another, hilariously, said he was a “fierce little slut. I want to grab him and rub my face in his ass. In a really non-gay way.” One bitter member *cough Dezzy cough* said “although he’s got a slight tendency TO STAB YOU IN THE BACK, he always manages to charm his way back into your good graces and forget the horrific deceit.” I think someone has unresolved tensions. James is “a bit of a quiet chap at times, but TiBB would be dull without our beloved Sheppy with the fetish for Asian people and brightly coloured guitars (though probably not at the same time.)

#19= - Legend killer
1st Round: 12 points || 2nd Round: 40 points || Total: 52 points.
Legend killer was described as a “fantastic new member” and received votes for being “just really friendly and interesting; can be very funny too.” He was described by one voter as someone who “has a lot of great opinions, his posts are always humorous and well put.” One member said “he really is a legend” and another commended him for the fact he “loves to really go for it on issues, but has a heart too.” Another member said Legend killer “makes me laugh and is pure box office!”

#18 - Dezzy
1st Round: 12 points || 2nd Round: 43 points || Total: 55 points.
Dezzy, another moderator to make the shortlist, received nominations for a variety of reasons. One member voted for him simply because “he didn’t like Matt’s ‘When I Saw Your Face’,” while another member said “he has his moments.” He received praise for his moderating skills, one member said he was “one of the best moderators” and another said “probably one of the best two mods – he tries so hard to be the Thames Barrier: literally holding back a barrage of ****ty water.” One voter said of Dean: “he can be hilarious sometimes without even trying, and his typos are legendary. He’s the kind of person you could talk to for hours and not get sick of, or run out of things to say. He’s just such an easy-going sort – which makes it majorly hilarious on the rare occasion he does get annoyed, because it just doesn’t suit him.” One member summed him up as “a fabulous man, he’s sweet and I honestly took for granted how brilliant he is!”

#16= - ukturtle
1st Round: 21 points || 2nd Round: 35 points || Total: 56 points.
The intrepid explorer ukturtle has returned to TiBB and has quickly become one of the most popular members. “Best mod, so pleased he came back to TiBB, I love how he abuses Vicky, and he’s really funny :’)”, “a really cool new member (to me anyway as I didn’t get to talk to him prior to his travels), easy to talk to and you can have great banter with him” and “he’s a new member to me as he was away travelling when I joined but when he came back the whole site noticed!” He was commended for having “brought some much needed fun back to the forum” and “livening up the place so much”, as well as being “such a friendly and welcoming person.” One member voted for him purely because they “fancy him.”

#16= - Ninastar
1st Round: 21 points || 2nd Round: 35 points || Total: 56 points.
Resident fox abuser (not really.. they love it) – Ninastar! Once called Ninostar, she changed her username because she realised (months after she signed up) that Nino was male, Nina was female. This example of Caitlin’s ditzy behaviour rings true of much of her forum activity ever since, with voters choosing her because she’s “ditzy and forever making me laugh with how clueless she can be at times” and “a complete mess, but she’s hilarious because half of what she says is a slip up, which although is embarrassing for her, it makes me laugh.” Members chose her for being “awesome” and “she is like me, but a female version.” One member said “Caitlin’s a nice sweet girl, who never wants to argue or anything, and is really good to talk to. The forum wouldn’t be the same without her.” Another member summed her up succinctly (look it up Caitlin), saying “she’s just the kind of member that everybody loves and brings all the groups together.”
