well on closer inspection it may be. But it was Express yourself that leapt out at me on first hearing...and still does. I think, subconsciously at least, its EY that was the bigger influence.

If Lady Gaga was to use the 80's as her infulence a dance anthen IS NOT WHAT SHE SHOULD BE DOING! She should of done a ballod or a roack anthen not the same old dance pop we have at the moment. Madonna did both in her first 2 albums, Lady Gaga has done neither.

Has she worked with David Guetta on this song? Because it sounds a lot like what he is doing.
Born this Way isn't bad, it's just too electro and sounds like what we hear today from other singers. I guess she focussed too much on the lyrics than the song itself.

This song reminds me a lot of what Kelly Rowland did on her album with the help of David Guetta. I will hopefully find a remix that will make me like it more. I usually like remixes better anyway.
