Yeah Ash is right I think. The trouble with sub-forums is that they are hidden away more and don't get posted in as much. But we'll see...

How about a forum for those who are in the Navy, specifically those in the Submarine service

That would be a good sub Forum

Having a subforum link on the main page kind of makes up for that though?

It means people don't have to go delving into forums to find another forum, but can just click it straight from the main page.

As long as it's a sub forum people are genuinely interested in, it'll get plenty of clicks, since it saves time.

The most organised forums ive seen all have a decent amount of sub forums, in order to keep everything tidy. It also means people have a better chance of knowing exactly where to post, instead of thinking "Hmmm I wonder if this should go in general chat, chat and games or tv chat maybe?"

All sub forums soon fill up with posts, long as it's a sub forum worth having.

Though that said, I haven't a clue if we need any more sub forums, because I don't know what the majority of members are after that isn't already there.

We already discussed this and it was not considered to be a good idea, legal liability of the advise being one of them. There are other professional agencies available.

If it is computing help that tends to be ok, but there are other sections already available.

Depends what you mean by light hearted, what may be trivial to some is a major problem to others.

If anyone does have a problem there are properly certified and indentured experts out there. Like I said, this was discussed earlier but due to issues with the server at the moment I can not track that thread down at this time.

I know this isn't really a Sub forum, but can we have a BBAU 08 forum this year?

I was wondering if we could have a special section for things like TiBB Town, with the forum being called "TiBB Town", it would be a really fun place off season

EDIT: it could be placed in the "Chat and Games" Section

Is that not just Chat&Games, though? Unless I'm missing what TiBB Town is? LOL

TiBB Town is sort of a hybrid between Chat&Games and the Interactive Archive, Lauren, I think...

Oh right... I get it now. But I still think the separate threads in C&G should do.

Hmm...I suppose Chat & Games is quite busy. I mean there's the post-related games like "Last Post = Sexiest Member" and "A-Z of Music" or whatever, then there's the TiBB Reality Shows like TiBB's Next Top Model, TiBB does the X Factor etc, then there's "What colour are you?" quizzes...and these Interactive things as well.

Perhaps it could be cleaned up a little.
