neither is lady gaga tbh? of course a single from a rock/country infused album isn't gonna do as well as the likes of Poker Face. It's just the nature of Gaga's career and artistic vision.

Lana didn't reduce her single which meant she wasn't able to secure a top 20 position, although shes not a singles artist so shes done alright, her album will do alright. I may have overestimated Lana considering she managed to boss out streaming straight away as she had a lot of appeal. But I've never put Lana on a huge foothold to sell tonnes or be a 'big star' or even be hugely relevant.

I am actually proud of Gagaa that shes managed as many weeks in the Top 40 with The Cure as her last 2 singles combined, such long longetivity 'queen of pop'. Really shows reducing the price of her song after just 5 days really can help her get that #19 smash hit.

And its only stable at #4 because it got discounted as it was freefalling down the charts xD

4 days isn't a week, and it's red updates were very very strong, it was heading out of the top 10 by tomorrow had it not been discounted.
