Well done to Liverpool for extending their lead at the top of the table and of course topping the table at Christmas.

If I was to be completely honest I completely laughed off Liverpool at the start of the season when the pundits were claiming that they'd challenge Man City for the title as Liverpool in my lifetime are normally lucky if they can finish 3rd (bar two seasons where they finished 2nd) and until Allison came to the club they had really below par Goalkeepers as their number 1 & 2 choices, Allison can make the odd howler, but overall him and Van Dijk are the massive difference between Liverpool of last season and the Liverpool of this season.

Do I see Liverpool winning it season after season? Nope, but I do think that they have a great chance at doing this season and I would like one of Liverpool or Spurs to do it this season as I feel that Man City will win plenty of more trophies in years to come, heck if they don't go onto win the treble this year.
