This was possibly the worst BGT episode I've ever seen.

I agree it was dreadful.
Got No Talent would be more appropriate to go in the title.

“Barbara Nice” is an already established comedienne, she played Holy Mary the barmaid in Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights, has been in Max & Paddy’s Road to Nowhere and Corrie amongst other things.

Her real name is Janice Connolly.
