The outcome is inevitable but that doesn't make it any better. I know people who have family in HK, it's a tragic example of political powerlessness.

it's only going to end one way, and it would already be over if not for the sensitivity to the potential press coverage.

I've been to HK and it's very sad to see actual places i have been are now the location of full scale riots

I was shocked to see the protesters had archers firing ‘fire arrows’ at the police yesterday !!!

Surely the government will start using snipers if this continues ?
