Where Gusto’s coming from is the fact that he wasn’t like this at all for the last four years and why or how there’s been a sudden change in his customer-service attitude. Or it could be none of those things. We don’t know.

I've never had a Starbucks, but then I'm only a casual Coffee drinker tbf.

Is Starbucks any good?

It really is, Mock: I prefer Costa for the homeliness but in terms of variety Starbucks has it all. Caffè Nero third.
