Israel fully well know the EBU lack a backbone, scared to come across as antisemitic, so they are provoking others now

YUK

Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, Switzerland, Norway among those who got filmed without permission by members of the israeli delegation

bore off LT, we did nothing wrong, Joost did

its already horrible enough for us currently

There's no way I'm voting for Israel.
All my votes go to Croatia and Italy.

and that while i am not against Israeli music, culture tbh, not at all even

they have a fantastic culture

but the way they are behaving themselves now, truly vile how provocative they are acting like a bunch of immature twats, towards other delegations during rehearsals, which is important to have privacy what everyone knows, during that time to remain focused on perfecting your performances

Apparently Paul Gasgoine is in Malmo to watch the song contest but has got himself trapped in his hotel toilet.

Bambie THug , Nemo, Greta and Greece lady are threatening to pull out of the tournament unless they FREE GAZA

The popular star singer defiantly walked on stage waving an Israeli flag behind her for her final dress rehearsal

Not that Israel shouldn't win if it's voted to win.
Normally that would be a positive all round .

However, were Israel to win.
After the chaos now with this Eurovision, how many Nations would welcome going to Israel for the contest next year.
After all, our own government does not recommend travel to large parts of Israel at this present time

Whatever now happens in Gaza, is it likely that all will be settled and resolved next year .
Netanyahu seems hellbent on his own mission, which to be fair is mixed with the right to seek out and defeat the wholly evil Hamas terrorist grouping.

What greater chaos though could be in place in Israel and Palestine next year
Look at how long the Ukraine situation has gone on.

Plus too, what other Nation after the mess made of this Eurovision sadly, would want to or even volunteer to stage it next year FOR Israel.
With all the likely problems then following all that's happened here in Sweden.

I do wish this conflict in that sad and troubled area of Israel and Palestine could be brought to a conclusion.
Thinking of the other horrible Nations like Iran looking for opportunities to escalate and capitalise on the conflict too.

If I was the organisers of Eurovision, I would be dreading bigtime an Israel win.
I like Israel's entry, she was superb on the second semi final night.
I won't be voting for it myself but wish her well.

However Croatia I like and still Estonia too
Although I could vote for Ireland too as something out of all the ordinary.
It's desperately sad this controversy clouding the contest this year
It's spoiled the excitement and anticipation for it.
That cannot be repaired.
Even moreso by dumping out a voted for entry namely Netherlands.
That's a kick in the teeth for the voters who voted for the Netherlands.
Voters who weren't from the Netherlands either.

There must have been a better way to deal with the confrontation that occurred.

Not dissimilar to Ukraine with their victory. Maybe Israel will get automatic support due to the conflicts too .

I think there's a major difference with the Ukraine conflict.
There was near universal sympathy for Ukraine at that time.

Sadly that's certainly not the case with Israel at this moment in time

There was no condemning of Ukraine by the UN nor any of Ukraine's allies losing patience with the Ukrainian leader either.
Unlike now with Netanyahu of Israel.

That's not true at all really with respect.

I'm not sure now myself the UN is fit for purpose.
It looks and comes across very weak, I'd agree there

However many Nations of the World and most of the Nations in the Eurovision song contest DO listen to and consider what the UN says.
Most of the allies of Israel do too I'd say.

Is there corruption in the UN?

The United Nations was founded as a forum of governments. This arrangement
presented enough problems of its own. Now the UN, in contravention of its
own charter, is rapidly evolving into a predatory, undemocratic,
unaccountable,
and self-serving vehicle for global government. The UN is unweildy, gross,
inefficient, and incompetent. In addition, it is configured as to reach deep
into the national politics of its member states and, by sheer weight and
persistance, to force at least some of the worst of its agenda upon them all.
Only a handful are brave enough to counter all of this. Indeed, with notable
exceptions, generations of American officials and policy-makers have been
content to look away from the UN's multiform deficiencies and derelictions
while occassionaly indulging in minor punitive measures. For many others in
public life, and for many ordinary citizens as well, the institution itself is still
held in nearly sacred regard.
