actually you can get that ripped clean, but it does take longer and more dedication. been there tried to do that, and failed. he will never be the size of the likes of the IFBB contestants.

His mate on BBLB on Sunday said Tom used to work in a pizza restaurant and was a 'blob' back then. Probably got teased unmercifully for it so not surprising he has an unhealthy attitude to body shape. He may even suffer from 'body dismorphia', similar to anorexia, but in his mind he sees himself as underdeveloped so is driven to work out to correct his body. Once he started to get in shape and people complimented him on it, it began a psycholgical feedback loop and a "treadmill he can't step off" (if you will excuse the mixture of metaphor and literalism)

Well actually no i would not of thought it, it's just that you seemed to imply it and i wanted to see if you we're happy to support the implication.

I honestly have no idea if they do, i guess it would be banned by the rules, therefore at least a proportion would be clean, thus you cannot tell if someone is on roids simply by how big they are.

ye although steroids are illegal in body building comps bedside natural body building comps they dont get tested... it's part of the sport, its a harsh reality but 99.9 percent of people wouldn't be able to get as big as those guys unless the used hormone replacements. there all doing it. probably why the majority of people dont look at it as a sport.
