i wasn't aware of any recounts going on and there were a lot of close votes. I don't know if they just didn't report them or what, but 1 seat was won by 20 votes so that must surely have had a recount

they usually report dont they announce the first result and then say its going to a recount, very odd, I think I heard during some radio programme that it is up to the returning officer if there is a recount or if the person involved is someone who might use their deposit they can ask for one
