We are having beef cobbler...without the cobbler as I can't be bothered to make it, so we are having it With warm crusty baguette instead. |

it doesn't matter what i eat weight-wise as long as I stay under 1400 calories
If you eat 200 then your body will go into starvation mode and store fat or s/t like that which could actually make you fatter by eating 1200-1400 calories everyday I should ideally lose about 1/2 pounds a week which is fine considering I don't need to lose that much weight Last edited by Me. Like 9/10 olives Baked beans on toast (two pieces of toast and a whole can) Cup of tea but I didn't really want tea I just wanted to dip biscuits in it, had three digestives with it Half a glass of ribena Loads of water And I'm about to steal some of my brothers kebab It should all equal to about 1300 calories hopefully |
