Only 872k excl +1, will be at around 950k with +1.

Everything was down massively last night because of the third place match, BB came 3rd in it's slot.

ITV- 7.3m
BBC1- 1.54m
CH5- 872k
BBC2- 868K
CH4- 818k

I guess when you see BBC1 performance, it's not bad. I think that's one of the lowest Saturday BBC1 9pm ratings ever.

Average for Saturday, nothing to worry about. It just confirms that BB has about 880K solid fans who watch the show every night. It will probably get 1.0 including +1. Saturdays have been like that since BB 15 started, not a shocker or crisis.

The rating is bad but it was against the football and it was on a Saturday so that explains it, I'm glad it came 3rd in slot

3rd in its slot is good. Plus with TV as a whole being low last night Big Brother got through it pretty well.

I'm awaiting BOTS rating, I'd be surprised if it got anything noteworthy at all last night, being on at midnight and all.

It's ridiculous, taking it out of its 11 pm slot for a repeat of some ****e.

Clearly they no longer prioritize Big Brother.

I'm happy for the ratings.. pretty on par with the rest of the Saturday's this series, and I'm glad it's third in it's slot.. I was more shocked at BBC One's rating! On average 50-60% of shares is based on the main 5 channels which usually equates to 15-20 million people depending on different circumstances of course.. what could everybody be doing for ratings across the spectrum to be so low!

Glad it beat BBC 2 and C4, shows it's still got a loyal fanbase, and even those who watched the match instead, will most likely catch up in another way! I was worried that Night and Day would obliterate BB as C4 movie nights tend to do very well!

And seriously.. what was up with BOTS.. I had waited 2 hours for it to be on.. I expected to wait just one.. but of course, being the big super Big Brother fan I am, I;m hardly going to miss it!

What were the shares??

Very good move. The match though will damage everything, I predict an average of 15m, peak of 18m. However CH4 thought through well, I reckon for non footie watchers, people would go towards Titanic rather than BB surely.

Twitter wise though in Top 10...

Apologies if its already been posted but this is pretty interesting it is a Blog by Mercian Media/Alex Scott who is a Director on Big Brother there are some pretty interesting Articles including one on this years viewing figures with a comparison graph of junes figures (you can see the dips when England played in the WC).
