May I just start by saying that asking your friends for votes in the poll hasn't gone unnoticed and, whilst not forbidden by Kate in the rules, is something I look down on and actually quite pity. Also, I'm really not quite up to the challenge of reading your entire plea. There's commitment to the game and then there's blinding me with text . You've always been a consistent performer in this game but you've almost always finished tasks in the "safe" positions rather than the outstanding ones, so will that go against you in this firing?

You were a close third in the poll and also in my own decision for this task so I'd never have really fired you just for the outcome of this one; but at the same time you, like Mitchell, have been a little bit sub-par since your earlier performances in the game. You've talked yourself out of the running and that's disappointing. Like the other boardroom members you've dipped in recent tasks and it's a shame because your earlier work was great (if not "star performance" worthy).

But Kate and I had come to an agreement before these pleas were made and they've actually not really made much of a difference as far as I'm aware... so with that in mind, the candidate finishing in fifth will be...

Holiday Hotspot

Needless to say a lot of the time the team work has been underwhelming, and teamwork is a big factor in the success of a business.

For this next project you will ALL be working together to create a promotional pitch for a holiday destination. The destination must be a real place, but one that comes from a lesser known country; your job is trying to boost their tourism trade.

How you promote this is up to you; you can look at creating an advert, poster, statistics of the country, things it offers, flight, hotels, activity costs etc. You need to make this destination seem like the next best thing to go to for holiday. You should also think about your market; are you aiming for families, backpackers, 18-30's and what is has to offer for them. Research of things may help you with this and focus on USP's will help.

At the end one of you will pitch your piece to us and then will be questioned about it (only that person can respond so choose wisely and make sure they are well briefed).

This close in communication should be a lot smoother and you should all be wanting to show-case your strengths, let's see how well it works...

I think 18-30's could be good, I'd prefer to do families but I think 18-30's would appeal to the mass of this forum?

Is there somewhere handy for 18-30's in places like Serbia, Slovakia or Malta? They seem like nice countries that havent got the best tourism rates?
