Same as Drew, I haven't prepared a plea. All I can say is I agree with Shauns comment a few days ago about being hot and cold in the game, the reason for this being having to work... Whenever I've been able to be online I've contributed. I had one mess up the other day and didn't post for my task but I showed Kate in PM what I'd come up with and the mistake I made to prove I did do something.

It's a shame you didn't post what you'd done Jordan, I'd like to have seen it regardless of whether you got the right idea or not (don't take that the wrong way, I'm just saying I'd really have liked to see it )

I can confirm that Jordan had completed the task but as he'd misread the requirements he chose not to submit. I wish he had because it was good.

May I just start by saying that asking your friends for votes in the poll hasn't gone unnoticed and, whilst not forbidden by Kate in the rules, is something I look down on and actually quite pity. Also, I'm really not quite up to the challenge of reading your entire plea. There's commitment to the game and then there's blinding me with text . You've always been a consistent performer in this game but you've almost always finished tasks in the "safe" positions rather than the outstanding ones, so will that go against you in this firing?

You were a close third in the poll and also in my own decision for this task so I'd never have really fired you just for the outcome of this one; but at the same time you, like Mitchell, have been a little bit sub-par since your earlier performances in the game. Also, Kate, bloody show me/us that entry or something

You've talked yourself out of the running and that's disappointing. Like the other boardroom members you've dipped in recent tasks and it's a shame because your earlier work was great (if not "star performance" worthy).

But Kate and I had come to an agreement before these pleas were made and they've actually not really made much of a difference as far as I'm aware... so with that in mind, the candidate finishing in fifth will be...
