But, then again, Roxy finally showed some acknowledgement of Peggy's death. So kudos for shock factor.

That's what tends to happen. They only make an effort with characters when they're about to kill them off, just for the sake of effect.

So in the 12 months Lauren spent in New Zealand, heavily pregnant, then dealing with a newborn baby, flying back to deal with her imprisoned father, splitting up with Peter, getting together with Steven and struggling to find somewhere stable to live, according to Whitney she did website design? Ummm, ok then.

That makes loads of sense, you know like when she went into business with Lucy Beale and Lucy got Jake Stone to design her a website instead of the "creative" Lauren?

Oh that's not a secret, everyone knows she helped him die. He was terminally ill IIRC.

But this secret with his mum where Paul thinks his mum didn't want him but something else happened and Pam thinks he'd never forgive her. I wonder what happened.
