Nope, it's not PhotoShopped. I'm not 100% sure she's had a nose job but on those two pics her nose looks very different.

Apparently Gaga's been working with Holly Valance for her comeback album which should be out later this year!
OMG Holly Valance is hot, it's her first album since 2003, can't wait to hear it now.

I wouldn't have expected Gaga to work with her either but there you go.
