oooooh... can't be nick as he has signed a 1 year deal.
and i think i might have read somewhere that janice is omly leaving after the tram crash. i think Molly tyrone julie badly injured carla leanne simon |

Coronation Street's 50th anniversary schedules were thrown into turmoil yesterday when the temporary tram crash scenery began to wobble ahead of a tear-jerking death scene.
Filming was halted as one of the shows biggest characters waited for their last tragic scenes. A source said: "The lighting was attached to scaffolding but it got overloaded. There was a danger of the actor being crushed to death. Fortunately it was spotted in time." Characters tipped to go in the crash include Janice Battersby, Rita Sullivan, Ashley Peacock, John Stape and dog Schmeichel. oooh.. wonder which character was filming their death scenes?  one of the shows biggest characters... haha lol! I don't really care about nick but i think they can do alot more with his character!
They have a lot of people they could get him together with... ben who plays him has signed a new 1 year deal so wont be going and he said that nick is going to get with Leanne and Carla as well... so there is no way he will go!!!

They can't kill off Rita, I will have a fit if they do!! But we know she has to get an early night, to be up for t'papers in mornin', so will she be crushed in her bed?
 I still think Claire & Ashley leave before the crash, so the other definite's we know that are leaving are Molly, Janice & wasn't there a rumour that the hotpot queen was leaving too??

I reckon it will be in early November!!! quite looking forward to it and how it all ends, hope peter and Carla get to stay together though, she deserves some happiness after everything she has been through

There was a picture in the Sun's TV mag today showing them filming the crash there was a few people stood screaming, so you could assume it wasn't them that were killed

It's funny how some of the cast have been talking to the press, saying they don't know if they are going to die in the crash. I would have thought a clue would be when their contract was up.

Yeah. I get that, but some of those not leaving have been saying they don't know if they will be killed off. I'm just thinking that surely with their contracts, those that don't know who is going must realise they are still in a job come January.
