Yep die hard Hibby Nate but my Dad made sure the Toon were my English team at a young age haha, got down for a few games last season love it, got to say the EPL is a breath of fresh air when your subjected to the dross that is the SPL every other week

Valencia have made an improved offer for Gameiro according to Sky Sports News and they said that the player welcomed it, wouldn't rule out a move th to the PL for him just yet..

A week ago the Mackems were 3/1 to sign Ba and we were 5/1, I also heard about Defoe too, we need someone like that with a lot of pace and an eye for goal. Although it would be typical of Ashley to buy some wage thief like Owen again.

Nate, did yous sign Bamba in the end? He's a good player and can chip in with a few goals but I do have my doubts after his time at Hibs, I think he'd be best suited as a squad player at Villa.

Chicharito is what his grandparents called him so thats what he wanted on it and tbh it's better than having Little Pea on your t-shirt which is what it means in Spanish. Hernandez would have been better I agree!

I don't know much about him to be honest as I don't follow Ligue 1 at all but these French players are sounding alright. Hopefully a new crop of talent in France, they need it.

I don't think Defoe should go to Newcastle.. IMO they should try and look for a future England young striker to develop but buy 1 or 2 experienced players as more back up.

I would say a move to Villa for Bamba would be punching a bit above his weight, I can't see him going much further than the Championship. He's too prone to the odd mistake now and then, he will also pretty unloyal to us missing training/coming back late when with the Ivory Coast squad.

I heard we were after Daniel Sturridge, would be a great signing IMO.
