I honestly thought last year's LI was better than BB17?

But yeah, this year's one hasn't been as strong. No where near as bad as C5 BB at its worst though.

BB18 has been more entertaining but I haven't really enjoyed the last couple episodes. There's too much drama centered around the same people and it becomes draining to watch.

I think both BB and LI were better last summer, at this point.

For it's age BB is incredibly (strong and) stable with viewing figures.

I think figures only decline due to the fact the producers always ignore what viewers want (e.g look at the amount of "I've stopped watching because there's no normal people" comments across social media).

This is one of the better series of Channel 5 Big Brother though...

The sad thing is Love Island is a prime example of how a show can come back with a bang, If only the same thing was done with BB- I can't help feeling that if it was rested after BB11 and came back after a break, be it a couple or a few years, it would reignite the popularity it used to have tbh

Poor Raph making the finale and only 700,000 people tuning in at this rate

1m with +1.

Tbh it's not a million miles away from where it was at last year and it's still beating BB16 at this stage but that's not exactly difficult as BB16 was struggling to get over 900k at this stage.

It's a mess how everyone seems to watch LI yet it rates the same as BB.

There was a geezer in the pub I work at the other day on the phone to his girlfriend asking her to meet him at the pub after Love Island finished. Crazy.

Last night's LI was bordering BB4-levels of tedium. There's a fight tonight though so I'm perched!

BB is not losing viewers apparently, it struggles just because there weren't as many viewers to begin with.

If it stays at this level, I don't see C5 going into full panic mode but it cannot do much worse.

The share is OK though,

Oh my god, those ratings are tragic and I am actually enjoying this series. What will Channel 5 do now?? Was that the lowest ever ratings for a week night?

Love Island is so boring this year, like the cast is dreadful apart from a couple. I can't get into it.

I hope they don't pull a drastic stunt to get more viewers, because BB has been really good but they probably will.

That is such a horrible rating. There wasn't even any tough competition airing last night. I wonder what drastic twist they will think up of now.

4in4out the return, coming our way...

Maybe its time C5 consider changing things in future series.
