Sooooo apparently the reigning decathlon champion has just dropped out of the competition because he had a bad result in the pole vault earlier !!?!

Fantastic last 20 minutes on the track

Holland taking the gold in the 4 x 40
mixed event .. with an amazing last leg by the Dutch girl . One of the most spectacular finishes ever seen !


Then the Saint Lucia girl took the 100m ladies sprint gold beating off 3 top quality USA sprinters

She smashed that cocky little yank Richardson which is a bonus

I had a good laugh at the guy who fell during the weight throwing. In the difficult times a laugh is very welcome

the GB lady shooter was robbed of a Gold, she clearly hit the 2 targets in the shoot off but they rely on humans, seems strange, they used to have a VAR equivalent...
