Steve has confirmed that he is officially back as manager for Pete / Dead Or Alive. He and Pete are working on new material with a view to releasing later this year, possibly a new single to preview a new album in the summer. There will be exciting collaborations with known artists, more news to follow very soon. They are actively seeking a new record deal.

Pete Burns: 'I was attacked by fan'

Eighties singer Pete Burns claims his bag was stolen after he was attacked by a fan in the street when he refused to pose for a photo with the stranger.
The Dead or Alive singer denied claims he and his husband Michael Simpson were arrested themselves following the bust up outside a restaurant in Soho in London.

The cross-dressing star was seen being bundled into a police van after the public row on Monday evening but the star claims he was just hitching a ride home.

A spokesman today told Metro: 'A member of the public kept persisting to take a picture of Pete Burns. When Pete declined, an argument between Pete and the guy started.'

'Pete got up and walked away but the other person ran after him and pulled his hair and kicked him in the back.

'The police were called and while they waited for the police Pete went inside the restaurant. While Michael followed him inside, the person who assaulted Pete stole Pete's bag (containing bank cards, Mobile phone and keys to his house).'

'When the police arrived to take all the details they offered to take them back to Pete's address, which why they were in a police car.'

The star, 49, was arrested three years ago after an alleged assault at his Notting Hill home.

"So funny thing happened about 8 weeks ago, i was in Topshop in London in a daze, walking around aimlesslessly. For some strange reason i was in the Kate Moss section of the Oxford Street store. It was a really strange day - i'd coincidently bumped into my brother and cousin within the space of 10 minutes. Then i bumped into Pete Burns. When i say bumped into, i mean i spotted him and then spent about ten minutes trying to grow some balls to go and ask him the question " Would you like to feature on a track with my band?"....
I did. He did. We did....I must have looked like a right ****!
Neverthelss...
It's great. The song is so good and i can't wait for eveyone to hear it! We are going in to the Mixing studios in London This week to finish eveything up.
Elecronics Kyle and I are also Writing and Producing for a possible Pete Burns album, and the first cut we have for that is gonna blow you away. Once this hook gets into your head, you will not be able to get the ****er out.
Oh and a certain Monseiur Steve Coy of Dead or Alive and Pete's Manager, is currently representing us too. They are both ****ing hilarious. They are both Uber talented and passionate. It's been such an uplifting experience.

Update form dirty disco

so far, we have worked with pete on 2 tracks, one is a collaboration and one is a song for pete. both have been recorded and mixed and will just need mastering.

so everything is ready to go, what we are waiting for now is backing from a label. communication has not broken down, steve is representing us and always keeps us in the loop. by thumbs up i simply meant financial backing in the form of a label to support the release, as you must appreciate everything costs something these days!

i hope this clears any confusion up and i really hope its not too much longer before its released!

BB Pete in £450k win over lips ops

CELEBRITY Big Brother star Pete Burns has won £450,000 damages from the plastic surgeon who "ruined his life".
Pete, 49 - singer with 1980s band Dead Or Alive - suffered horrific swelling and blisters after Harley Street surgeon Maurizio Viel gave him lip implants.

He said the treatment left him looking like he had been "mutilated with a Stanley knife".

He could not eat normally, had to drink through a straw and did not leave his house for months.

Eventually Pete - who was on CBB in 2006 - had more than 100 operations in Italy in a bid to correct the damage.

He said: "It has taken away my life and my career.

"I saw doctors in London who said the only option was to amputate my lips. I was suicidal."

Pete claimed his career was left in tatters when it should have been at its peak, and said he lost his home as a result.

His lawyers said he would continue to need treatment.

He agreed the out-of-court settlement after Dr Viel, of the London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery, admitted negligence in ignoring instructions from the implant manufacturers and giving the singer too many injections.
