The average UK weight/size for a women, is not so large that it would lead to them having heart disease no it wouldn't.
If someone is large enough that they could be at risk of having heart disease then yes, they're too fat.

People do need to stop using average as an excuse though. Not that bex is particularly fat- just that the country is getting increasingly so.

People think it's ok because they're average- but what about when average starts meaning overweight? Then, justifying someone by saying they are average will no longer cut it because average will be unhealthy.

And it's starting to get pretty close.

Some meat? Chubby cheeks, no neck and a double/tripple chin.

Her arms are flabby, they look a good 22inches.

She does not have a toned of flast stomach, she has a belly that bubbles over

The upper part of her body looks heavier then her lower part but overall her body looks fine. Sure, she could tone up or lose 5 pounds or whatever but I doubt she would die from any weight related illnesses if she stayed the way she was.
