yeh on and off...Allan Carr smoking book helped me give up for the longest period, I thought Id never smoke again...but I did so guess it wasnt that good

both my parents gave up.
one day they just decided to stop and they did.

my bf smokes and it's so difficult to get him to stop.

yeh well it took him about 40 years of smoking 60 a day till he discovered how to give up lol. and its the best book as it doesnt go on about why you SHOULD give up as we all bloody know that!! but questions the resons why you smoke in the first place

i have i did it by willpower although i think you will always have the demons there cos occasionaly i can walk past someone smoking and want one really bad

I have, but then started smoking again some months ago

I find I smoke when I am in a stressful situation and right now my life is very stressed
