Looked and WAVED! I think they may have recognised me cos I've been up at the front 4 times now(2 front row,1 2nd row and 1 3rd row)
I'm gonna be on the DVD ![]() Yeah Soph had the BEST time, seems so surreal right now, like it happened 2 seconds ago but also forever ago. 6 shows this tour,in the space of 22 days and 8 overall since the December before last. |

Aww thanks! London is all stuff that was precific to that date though rather than actual show details if that makes any sense. Like it'll be 'Jay saw the banner and made a camera motion' rather than 'They were on top of the elephant' blah.

One thing I have got to say that even though I went to 6 and the general essense of the show was the same every single concert was different.

A lovely message from the boy's. Has made me well up.
To everyone who saw us on tour… Well, what can we say? We’ve just come to the end of some of the most incredible weeks of our lives. The tour was an even more amazing event for us than we could have possibly hoped, and a very big part of that is down to the wonderful audiences we had each night. Thank you so, so much for all your continued support. We feel hugely privileged to have such brilliant fans and we hope you enjoyed the show as much as we enjoyed performing for you. With all our very best wishes Mark, Gary, Jason & Howard From the website |

3rd July
Woke up at 10, later than I had planned! Arrived at the stadium about half 12 and the line was already HUGE, I think I was in about the 7th pen. They were playing music over the speakers and had a text service. They stupidly played a lot of Robbie which was very annoying. I chatted to a few people in the queue but not many. We were let through at about 4ish and I was I think the 2nd or 3rd lot to be let through. After the whole ‘STOP RUNNING SLOW DOWN’ usual thing I got to the top of the stadium steps and could see that front row and mostly second row for both stages were already full. I settled for 3rd row of the B-Stage at the front bit. There was a sign there saying ‘Take That Splash Zone. Anyone within 8ft of the B-Stage Barrier may get soaked’ more like WILL! I soon met some lovely people-a couple and a mum and a daughter, all 4 who liked them but thought I was mental, lol! They were so nice though-they saved me spot when I went to the loo and were really chatty. I didn’t feel like I was by myself at all. Gary Go came on about 6 and he did his usual set. The Script were next and they were brilliant, again! There was also the usual ads, songs etc. Before I knew the bubble woman appeared on the B-Stage, the show was started! She was soon followed by the big skirt woman, the evil guy, the ringmaster, the balloon man guy and some clowns. Being so close to the B-Stage, it was the only time I actually saw the intro properly. With Joe the clown popping out of the balloon and swinging all over the place before all the other balloons came and helped him reach the sky. I could see the guys behind the balloons before they went up and omfg when they were revealed I never heard such hysterical screaming in my entire life-it was mania. But they were SO CLOSE! I was proper shaking! GD was the usual. I finally got a pic of the boys hugging. For Hello Mark was SOOOOO close, he was right at the front bit and maybe about a metre or two away. I was screaming so much and he did this little dance for Hello and his bum was right in front of my face-YUM! For Could it Be Magic, when they did a bit of dancing at the front bit, they were so close, it was unbelievable. Pray was brilliant to see up close with the amazing dancing. For A Million Love Songs, Markie conducted the crowd and kept smiling and laughing. Oh he was so gorgeous<3. I think he was touched by how mental we all were-lol! During AMLS I knew BFG was next so I had a right old struggle with my poncho and missed half of AMLS! For BFG we got soaked! I was hiding under my rain poncho the whole time as I didn’t want my glasses to get wet or I would have missed loads. So I looked up when the rain wasn’t there. Good thing about being to so many-you know when everything is! I remained quite dry which I was pleased about! The Garden was next and seeing that elephant so close was unreal! Mark looked so pleased at the crowd’s reaction. It was sad they were leaving our stage though . Next up was Shine with the usual longggggggggg notes and the extra chorus, which I always forget about. UAN is so easily the biggest party bit of the night-everyone dancing and singing. Jay has his little talk next with the usual OFF OFF OFF, he didn’t take them off, the meanies! He went ‘If you listen carefully and sing along to the next song, you might see some underpants (or wear I can’t remember) but not just from me!’ Jay did amazing with Wooden Boat and How Did It Come To This-so proud of him. The Circus was next and we had a little singsong before hand. It was cool to see the tightrope walker properly as I always watch Gary instead of him, lol! From about Jay’s bit to the middle of the medley I did feel really awful though, like I was going to faint. One of our lil group gave me so food and the security gave me about a million cups of water! Can’t really remember What Is Love. But then the medley happened, and the boys were unicycled on the stage and they were dancing so close again. And then they pulled their pants down! I suddenly felt much better! Said It All was next and the boys ‘packed up’ their suitcases from WIL and Howard made a real sad face! I saw him take one of his earpieces out as well cos the crowd singing to the chorus is always loud. This guy unicycled around the stage, collected all the bags and the boys were gone again I closed my eyes for a second to listen to SIA and it was amazing. Never Forget was brilliant as usual-seeing all those arms in the air still sends shivers down my spine. Patience was the loudest yet again with everyone singing and swaying their arms. For Relight I could feel the fire from the B-Stage! Hold Up A Light had everyone jumping up and down and the guys ran back to us! The elephant made reappearance as the guys stood on the sides of the stage-Jay was so close! When they returned to the stage they said their usual thanks and goodbyes, Gary going ‘We’re going to sing you out with Rule the World, anybody know the words?’ Which of course we all did-RTW is always unbelievable, the singing, the emotion and the fireworks exploding as the show comes to an end. It was an amazing show and great to see from a different perspective, the B-Stage bits are brill! It took me forever to get home but I’d be up early to do it all again tomorrow! Photos soon! |
