Possible Lady Gaga Book in the Works?

Lady Gaga, a 23-year-old pop star and New York University dropout, appears to be taking another page from her role model Madonna.

William Morris Endeavor, which represents the singer, is shopping Lady Like, a full-color book that would give Lady Gaga—whose real name is Stefani Germanotta—a springboard similar to Madonna’s 1992 coffee-table tome Sex.

“Lady Like will combine images with lyrics, diary entries, interviews, inspirations and quotes from Gaga’s heroes,” reads the proposal sent to publishers recently by Lady Gaga’s agent, Bill Clegg. “Lady Like will explode with pops, bangs and winks.”

The proposal has been greeted with some skepticism. “She’s dreaming,” says one industry executive, noting how expensive a full-color book would be to produce. But another insider thinks the book could work at the right price. “She’s everywhere,” he says.

Mr. Clegg did not return calls.

To be honest, I'm not a HUGE fan of this whole 'horror-sexshop-torture' era. It's a bit to slutty and GaGa atm just seems very different to how she used to be. I hope after Monster and new and better fashion and personality era comes. I love her for being artistic etc.. but some of the outfits she have been wearing lately have not been artistic but just plain slutty. But I still worship the ground she walks on

I love the new GaGa, I think she's changed but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Artists have to change and evolve, you can't be the same as when you first started out, and I'm glad she's doing it now, it shows us that she's going to continue developing and prevents her getting samey and dull.
