Its more of a photograph as such, basically its based on Olivio Berbiera's work, who takes photographs of historical places, and makes them look like model villages/model people etc...
So heres a picture that I took of glastonbury festival from earlier this year, and changed it on photoshop

I'm pretty annoyed because I spent a while on them and thet didn't even come out as proper circles.

Draw a circle using the circular selection tool, then you invert and then do everything inside the circle.

On photoshop you go onto the selection tool and there is a choice to have a circular selection, then I went on crop to selection. Or you can just draw a circle shape and then right click and go 'make selection' and then crop to selection.
