I do think they planned it to be CeCe (but they threw potential clues towards various characters to make various viable suspects), but planning this for years just makes the continuity errors in the finale even worse.

On a better note, I'm glad A won the villain award at the Teen Choice awards and I love that Vanessa was there on the night, she was great and deserves her recognition for it.

Don't expect Julian Morris back any time soon

Tbh as much as I'd like him back on a shallow level (because
