They've really done a number on you with the propaganda. They've made you hate an entire nation of people, even the disabled people of that country you hate.

I'm surprised you haven't signed up to go and fight and give your life for your masters bank balances.

This was your reply to me for calling you out for blaming all the Russian people, even the disabled ones for War Crimes.

Now you're crying because I gave you a bit back.

Nonsense, Russia is not a democracy and the people have little to no sway over the actions of the government, nor anything they can do to stop them. The idea that this could all have been averted if some plucky Russians with civilian firearms and a can-do attitude had marched up to the Kremlin doors would be funny if the situation wasn't so dire.

"some"? y'alls argument is that the "vast majority" of people are against the war.
if the "vast majority" stood up, what? 100m people?, you think putin wouldnt feel the consequences?

Like I said we're in the real world, not a movie. Name a time in history an entire country has jumped to arms to topple their own government. And I'm talking world powers here, not coups in small nations, and even then, that's not what a coup looks like.

You're getting angry and hayi g an entire people because they're not enacting a fantasy scenario that bears no resemblance to real world situations or politics.

i would argue the power imbalance in a lot of arab countries prior to the arab spring was greater than that currently in Russia.
Russia is long gone being a world power, its a nuclear power but its not a world power.

[I'm sure there were many guards at Hitlers concentration
camps who were uncomfortable with what was going,
are we giving them a free pass also?
Last edited by UserSince2005]

Yes a few were,
any Hitlers Guards caught were killed
which in 1943 was fair

McDonalds in Russia
has decided to still pay its staff
while they are closed.

Makes sense to hang onto good workers,
but for how long can they do this?

What’s the point in that?

The entire point of these boycotts was to stop western money being poured into Russia
That’s exactly what maccies is doing here

Whilst I can’t say let them go hungry, if Putin realises his people are suffering fro m starvation , he will retreat.

McD in Russia must be able to see beyond this War.
It is not USA paying this,
it is the Russian Franchisers

Some Other Russian owned burger bars are really happy
that McD has hated working in Russia.

[The company has committed to paying all of its
approximately 62,000 Russian employees
during the pause in restaurant operations.
Ozan said McDonald's will also be paying leases
for its locations, as well as supply chain costs and other expenses.]

Do I believe that anyone has a moral obligation to sacrifice their life as a political statement?

I also don't believe for one second that you'd be firing a peashooter at Westminster if the UK invaded Ireland.
