Not jailed but she must lose her job and also be barred form working in any environment where confidential matters relating to anyone are kept ever again.
However since her actions led to someone trying to take their life, then she should also at least get a suspended jail sentence for technical assault or causing another to harm themself.
Yes, I know its only a programme but it needs to get matters like this right, it cannot be seen that anyone employed at a Surgery can get away with revealing confidential matters publicly about them.
