..haha, yeah it does all look incredibly preserved..but still abandoned in the sense that no one has lived there I guess...It is a beautiful property and it's good that it's being restored...

Yes. There's a few different sites. These were from www.28dayslater.co.uk

There are sections for different things. Like hospitals, mansions, military sites etc. There is some quite beautiful imagery and some quite sad (in the case of institutions)...

..yeah the institutions/hospitals are fascinating but quite macabre in a way as well..especially the 'treatment rooms' obviously.. because I guess most or a lot of those people should not have been there at all but were deemed as 'mad' at that time...I especially love to look at abandoned schools/fairgrounds etc because of what they should be and I think there is nothing so 'empty' or hollow as somewhere that was built for children/noise/laughter/singing..but maybe there wasn't so much of that in 'the old days', especially in schools....

..yeah, schools/playgrounds/theme parks etc...there is a huge sadness about them because they weren't just created to be 'lived in' but to have crowds/lots of people and lots of noise etc...also to give pleasure in the case of amusement parks, so it's just so 'opposite' to see them abandoned and devoid of all that...

Those are really cool Marc! Always love seeing abandoned buildings, gives an end of the world vibe... I went explory this abandoned factory complex with my friends a few years ago, people get arrested for trespassing there but we went in broad daylight when there's no police surveillance going on so ridiculous
