I'm fed up of feeling rotten all the time. Can't even get plastered one night lol as I've retired from drinking alcohol.

..awwww, you need to suggest that medication to your GP.....you've done really well with the alcohol though, you must feel pretty good with yourself for sticking with it..I have a friend who has just about given up everything for lent and I think she's just probably heading to breaking point now....but she won't give in though, that's quite an achievement...

I am happy I've managed to do it, it was horrendous for the first week to ten days especially since I have a bottle of Malibu in the fridge. Still untouched.

I need to make some serious lifestyle choices tbh. My emotional and physical health are the lowest they've ever been. I'm going teetotal for one thing. I need to eat far more healthy and to a better pattern.

..you often find that one thing kind of leads to another as well ..you'll feel a lot healthier giving up alcohol and that in itself can make your body 'crave' more healthy things/lifestyle/diet etc..so doing that one thing can be good in so many ways and also make the other ones easier for you...

..she bit me once just because I said that her 76 looked a bit lop-sided..that was years ago but to this day she has to be muzzled if anyone ever mentions 1976....
