Marsh is tonight's special guest!

He will be open his very own Marsh's Exclusive Executive Training Academy.

Marsh will select a contestant to join his academy in which he will train this contestant.

This person will be immune from tomorrows elimination and will be told exclusive interviews from Cal, which will help the contestant understand what Cal looks for.
