32 Kitten Pinder
![]() Everyone should thank Kitten. She's the housemate who started BB5 manically and caused all the entertainment of the first week, she's like Shahbaz and Mary but idk I guess less compelling than both, though much more comfortable to watch as a week one eccentric than Shahbaz. I don't really have much else to say, Kitten wasn't a character to dig deep into, she was just a good, though irritating, plot device to start off one of the best series with a bang. I LOVE her exit btw "STAY KITTEN" "THE MONEYS GOING DOWN" Shell "WELL IVE GOT DEBTS TO PAY" <3 Last edited by Daniel.; 30-12-2018 at 09:45 PM. |

I keep changing my mind on the order of the top five so I hope to get there by next week, but then the top five might be a week or so in itself as I can't decide what order to place them in

31. Orlaith McAllister
![]() I have to start with saying I think Orlaith is unfairly dismissed on here! I don't think I ever actively liked her, but she did contribute a lot to BB6 in her stay, not anywhere near the dizzying heights of most of the cast, but still certainly made her mark and impact on the series. She was involved in a lot of arguments, was a big reason Makosi and Kemal fall out (you may not like it as I know they're popular as a duo, but it made for entertaining viewing), was a big player in pool night, and had a hilarious rivalry with Derek where they both hated eachother's guts but would never actually say anything, admittedly I would have liked an argument to come from this but it's not as if arguments were in short supply in BB6 so I can deal with it. I think my man appreciation of Orlaith comes from her role in Makosi's clique, she joined them straight away, bitching about Saskia and having Maxwell down as a disgusting unhygienic pig. She then went on to be secretly hated by Makosi and Kemal all while Kemal and Makosi fell out themselves, something Kemal's paranoia about her contributed to. I guess for me she's like a person who goes to a desert island or something in a film, confidently thinking it would all be fun only to find herself surrounded by lunatics and not being able to cope. She does this much better than Anthony does, aswell. Yes she took out two big characters, but like, her walking gave us Kinga so I'm not that mad. Kemal and Science both stayed a very long time, and while it was gross of Orlaith to do what she did and the reason she doesn't rank higher (Kemal </3) I would actually rather have two weeks of Kinga than more of Kemal and Science, who I had already got to know by that point, sorry about it. She was involved in a lot of arguments, but c'mon, it was almost always Science or Makosi who brought it, they were practically the only ones she argued with apart from that one time she had a row with Anthony where both looked awful during it.
Really aside from "SHUT IT, ZIP IT, LOCK IT, THROW AWAY THE KEY!" and "SHUT UP AND LEAVE ME ALOONE!" what exactly was the point or appeal with her? I like your description of her being the normality around crazies much better than Anthony's role with it, but it would've easily been a closed case already if she just walked after her big rows with Science. All you'd really lose is Derek and Kemal's quotable bitching about her, but both would've probably moved onto doing that with either Makosi or Science or Anthony or really practically anyone. Ashleigh Coyle does moany, miserable Northern Irish lass much better<33333 Last edited by Epic.; 31-12-2018 at 10:05 AM. |

30. Jason Cowan
![]() When I originally made this list, Jason was below Marco at 45! So this is a pretty big jump for him, and I have grown an appreciation for him thanks to my current BB5 watch. Do I ever like or support him? No, but he's a much more fascinating character than I thought. For the first month, Jason is a pretty dull character with a showmance and annoying teasing thing with Daniel, but as the series progresses, he's actually pretty complex and sometimes endearing! ![]() Anyway I could never support Jason and actually disliked him numerous times, but he was a good housemate, his arguments with Nadia were great and it all ended with them as the final two and her beating him. Perfect. Last edited by Daniel.; 31-12-2018 at 11:38 AM. |
