The thing is, black people in America don't feel protected by authority all the time and when you live like that it really affects you. I am not surprised that people are doing things like rioting and looting because if you already feel like the police are breathing down your neck and looking for one mistake or something they could play off as a wrongdoing and could take you out at any moment it wouldn't feel like a stretch to actually make a scene to make a point since you're feeling like nobody is listening to you anyway.

Just for context, Redway cries racist at literally anything, and has been banned for it before.

LT is correct in that many criminals do complain about cuffs being too tight etc etc, however, there are authorised methods of restraint, and closing someones wind pipe is not one of them
