The negative stories would be fine if they were actually portraying fact. This article about the non existent reality series is a good example.
Over 9 thousand comments were posted on that article and the usual toxicity was posted on here before it was debunked.

That one was debunked. There are so many that weren't and were proved to be true, for instance in the bio written by their friend Scobie. Even he couldn't sugarcoat certain stories which he was obliged to cover if the book was to have any merit at all, though he tried his best, bless.

A lot of criticism comes from them wanting away from the limelight, then go and move to the limelight capital of the world. The fact they don't want to Royals, yet want to keep their Royal titles. Their telling people to do bit for the environment, whilst flying all over the world in private jets. Their opportunistic charity work. I could go on. I don't hate them, they're just another typical over privileged, deluded Hollywood 'it' couple now. Plenty of them, nothing new. I haven’t read the book and I can take a guess that neither have you.
I do know that that some tabloid stories that were printed about them were debunked in the book though.

It’s not unfairly venting anything. When I see the same ignorant deluded comments being made by members on here I’ll call it out. They’re strikingly similar to the absolute nonsense in the comment section which I read to give myself a laugh at how moronically gullible people are.

....... we don’t know really what ‘the final straw’ was, Swan...what completely moulded their decision as it were... because these things generally have many, many layers before such a life changing decision is made...I think the ‘lime light’ thing is a manipulation of words as well../ a slanting....because as far as I recall, it was more to feel as though they had more control of their own lives and not have to live such a public life of duty, which being a senior Royal involves and those duties in themselves opened up that criticism so much for the media to lay..what did Meghan wear, what did she say, did she give a strange look and etc etc......the private jets..?...yeah, that’s how those Royals roll......because they’re obviously a high security risk, so that’s the safest option ...and so many people are ‘hypocrites’ because they care to preserve the environment that we live in and yet they travel overseas and quite frequently for some with holidays and work related things etc ...(...well not so much atm, I know...)...we are all hypocrites, every single one of us with no exceptions...I agree with you completely, Swan..(...yayyyyyy......)...this is the most I think that Ive given thought with a ‘Meghan’ thread for a while because I don’t find them very productive or healthy in how they revolve and revolve in circles with nothing new being added for debate...(...if debate is applicable, that is..)...

What qualifies me not to know more about racism but to have empathy with all who suffer bigotry is experience, I'm not straight, after all. It's not the same as racism but people who suffer bigotry should have empathy for all others who have suffered other brands of bigotry and hate. That, and the fact that I don't shy away from reality in anything I do. I'm not going to minimize racism and pretend it doesn't exist, I'm not going to think that racism is dead because I don't personally suffer from it. Just because I don't suffer from racism doesn't mean others do not and I will never pretend that it isn't a massive issue worldwide because it is. After all, I prefer reality to a comfortable lie.
