I never hear anyone win lol. But even if you do they would never be able to keep the house. The cost to upkeep those types of houses is immense.

They do, the house I wanted to win near Harrogate was won by a family that live in it.
Some just have holidays in them and let them out, others sell them straight away.

…oh it’s comforting to know that people actually do win them and especially if they move into them and it’s the home of their dreams…when I see the ad, the houses are often in Cornwall or up in the Lake District and I think…how would I get to work…

We also have beer in grocery stores and convenience stores here... elsewhere, one has to go to a place with a liquor license and getting that has rules. We've seen some pharmacies/conveniences that had liquor in Maryland, but only because the building came with the license ...
