I can still make them, but I can't make them without the file sizes being obscenely huge - something which the admins and mods disapprove of

If I ever find a way to keep file sizes consistently low, I'll start taking requests for them again, but at the moment it is simply impossible for me to keep everyone happy

Lol... I'm sorry Sam but I can't take requests for animated avatars unless I do the following:

1) Make the limit 4/5 seconds
2) Severely reduce the quality
3) Make them terribly small
