some roasted peanuts = 160 kcal

2 turkey breast turkey ham 6 inch subs with ranch sauce, one around 1pm and the other at 4:30 = 800 kcal

a whole tin of this in like a minute

it said something like 200 calories per 100g, and the net weight of the tin was 400g and drained weight 180g. so I'm guessing I consumed 300 calories?

Pigs are one of the cleanest animals in existence, they have very sensitive skin so they have to protect it using MUD, just like hippos and elephants etc.. They actually pee and poop in a certain area away from their bed and can even be trained to use a litter box.

174 per 100g so 313 in the full can drained I think?

Don't think a couple of chicken nuggets will matter much.

You must be seeing a decent weight loss by now?
