Ruby was a pointless character, but at least she had a better death than Viv and Terry got. And those two were part of the show for a long, long time and were integral parts of many story lines through the years.

The pacing has been a bit weird this week, really. Friday should've been the stag night; the first half of Tuesday's episode should've been on the Monday, and the second half of Tuesday's episode and Wednesday's episode should've been the hour-long episode on the Tuesday. It just feels a bit weird.
