I'm 26 and still a virgin. I believe in waiting until marriage.

I know lots of temptation is out there, so its hard to do that.

Props for holding strong in something that you believe in.

We had these 2 speakers in school, and they did this little acting thing, and then at the end they were like 'The couple did end up getting married, and here we are' and everyone was like wtf xD

Then they were like, we do this because believe it or not, we both waited til after we got married to have sex, the whole room was shocked LOL

The youngest girls on here were Sia, Gemmer and Stace who were 15, but like the guys on here are like saying (I think 8 was a joke? I got lost!) ages around 13 ish... whilst the only other girl on here who has lost it is Lauren at 18.... but the only lads on here who haven't lost it are the youngens

-All this was typed from memory of 8 pages xD- xx
Thats pretty interesting, I always thought girls lost it earlier because most have older boyfriends when about 14/15

Could be because the majority of the time (I don't mean all the time), with boys - losing virginity is a badge of honour, whereas with girls it's more likely to bring a negative effect.

It can be the opposite too, but the majority is like that. So boys feel more peer pressure to do it younger, and girls don't.

I was 14, it was with my boyfriend who I'd been with for 2 years by that time and we both felt ready.

I know it's illegal but we were both very mature for our age, and as 'in love' as two people can be at that age, so I have no regrets.

I admire anyone who chooses to stay celebate until marriage, that takes a lot of willpower I'd imagine, and it's also kinda romantic really!

I'd hate to wait til marriage tbh, what if you're not sexually compatible? Sex is important in a relationship, it could cause problems.

It probably hides if you're crap in bed and I doubt your partner would be too impressed I agree with Lauren, you wouldn't buy a car without a test drive ...

But the content of the show, isn't it everything that you are against?
What do you mean?

I feel the same way, it's like Charlotte in SATC who waited until the night before she married Trey then found out he had erectile disfunction lol.

Not everyone agrees that sex is that important though I guess, and of course some religions forbid it so.....

I'm in the camp of believing in trying before I buy though lol.

No because I don't believe in any of that s****. And quite frankly, I think you should loosen up, you uptight old bible basher.
Um, wtf?! Bible basher? Fair enough, the 'spending eternity in hell' comment was maybe a bit much but just because he has perfectly normal religious views doesn't mean you should label him as that.

Many Christians believe it's the right thing to do because it's an act of purity, trust and loyalty to your partner. If you believe it or not (whether or not you're a Christian) is your choice but tbh the only uptight '****' I see here is yours.

^ Christians are allowed to have their views, but it's really unfair to say that those who do it before marriage should or will go to hell.

I was 16. And me and the guy broke up two days later, lmao.

Yeah, I said it's fair for any Christian to have a view on it but he seemed to act like it was a **** or stupid view to have. Which is unfair.

Tbh, I think he meant the view that everyone is going to hell was what was "uptight", not the fact that people should wait to marriage.

Comming from a Christian: No one has the right to tell anyone they are going to hell. That's up to God and we don't have the right to judge anyone. As much as I'm waiting, I understand most people are not. My belief is that going to heaven or hell is determined by a personal relationship with God, not if you have sex or not.

When I was sixteen with someone I liked a lot. It was ok, an experience I was glad to get out of the way.

Yeah OK maybe I was harsh with that comment, but I just hate it when religious fanatics force their views upon those who don't want any involvement in that rubbish. I just think it's ridiculous that people place their faith in something which is so obviously not true and some made-up folk story from thousands of years ago.
