oh it was a settlement camp for WW2 Polish people, not a hospital (but had a small hospital, I remember finding a big room with lots of wheelchairs and gurneys)

Default urban exploring

Have any of you ever been urban exploring? I discovered it when i was in school and did the culverts and drains in roundhay park lake (my school was in the grounds) i didnt realise that it was so widesoreas untill a few years back when i discovered this site...

One rule we have when exploring is just take photos.......


Under neath leeds train station is supposedly anothrr station with platforms......ive seen a few pics when ii worked at a train depot but never any hard evidence..

I've been to Aldwych, a disused Underground station in London. It was quite creepy but great. It was a level in Tomb Raider 3, which is why I wanted to go... although I didn't have to shoot anyone, sadly.

I've been looking at these urban exploration websites for ages now, there's some really interesting photos. The abandoned hospitals are really creepy.

It'd be really exciting but I can almost guarantee i'd get caught in my first attempt that or end up falling through a weak floor.

Me too.. I can honestly get caught up for days looking at people's photos.. I don't know why, but the asylum/old hospital ones start making me feel really weird after a while.

There's a few beautiful big photographic books in Waterstones just now.. I think ones called "beauty in Decay" I think I might buy me it
