A group of us went out last night to fireworks/fair and she suddenly lost it in the middle of it so she's far from okay.

I know the guy who did it, as he's one of our clients and I was going to rip his head off, but I was stopped in my tracks by a few people. I don't lose it often, I assure you.

Sad thing is, she continues to work, as she loves her job, helping people, but she's not the same and it's bloody hard!
