We need to see more of Frances Conroy's character. She was fabulous in the first episode, and it's good to see her playing a part that isn't bleak or depressing.

I can't wait to see Patti LuPone and the cute guy whose name I can't remember in action next week.

She is so under-used in the series, I am surprised they bumped her to main cast this season, hope we see more off her she is a great actress.

Also, has anyone else noticed, that in season one the crazy dr who stitched together the baby was called Dr Montgomery and now in this season Madison Montgomery was trying to stitch together the boys, It'd be cool if they were related somehow

Or, if they referenced the house and the undead saying that there are houses all over the world that are cursed so the dead can't leave, something like that

Another amazing episode. I'm hoping that they'll start linking some of this stuff together soon, cause right now they're throwing a lot of stories at us. Which is fine, as long as they're setting up the rest of the season.

This is all last night's episode, but I wouldn't want to ruin it for anyone. So I'll just spoiler it

That hair salon scene Nan being fierce as **** and sending Madame LaLaurie out The Tituba references Queenie being amazing at math

And I'm glad that Lily Rabe's character made it back, although I can definitely see her clinginess being a problem later on in the season. Zoe kinda baffled me though. Kinda up and down the entire episode. She kills the frat guy like nothing, then freaks out when the cops ask about it, freaks out when she sees the body parts at the morgue, and then starts putting them together like nothing. Maybe that's part of her storyline to come?

..I think we are going to see loads more of her and her character is great..I like the 'Stevie Nicks touch'..she's kind of vulnerable but you can see what she's capable of and I think she's going to have a bit of an obsession with Zoe...I think maybe Zoe will reject her though...hmmmm...

Ratings for the episode were down a smidge by 1million, giving it an average of 4.5 million for the whole episode

Still higher than any episode of the entire first 2 series

Ratings are doing brilliantly which is nice to see. I loved last nights episode. So far the storyline(s) are quite easy to follow, which is nice after a plot heavy second season (although I loved the complex storylines in Asylum). It's pretty good so far, the cinematography is just utterly beautiful, it seems it's a totally different league to the first and second season.

I'm looking forward to how the rest of this season pans out!
